  • No. Your VTuber model, character, branding, and intellectual property remain yours. Unless Astrae Agency purchases any of those items for you, we own it until you can pay it out.

  • No. We value dedication, professionalism, consistency, and growth potential more than raw numbers.

  • Support may include:

  • No. While Astrae Agency actively seeks opportunities for talents, sponsorships depend on factors such as audience demographics, content niche, and brand requirements.

  • Absolutely. We encourage talents to network and collaborate both within and outside Astrae Agency.

  • Yes. Talents continue using their existing platforms and communities.

  • Astrae Agency may allow mature creators to participate in designated programs or initiatives. All content must comply with platform rules, local laws, and agency policies.

  • Talents may stream on platforms such as:

    • Twitch

    • YouTube

    • TikTok Live

    • Other approved platforms

  • Astrae Agency has a 60/40 cut. Talent takes 60, and agency takes 40. This DOES NOT include stream revenue. Stream revenue is solely for the talents. Merch, sponsors and partnership revenues will be cut.

  • We expect talents to remain reasonably active and continue creating content, but we understand that real life comes first.

  • Yes. We simply ask that talents communicate extended absences with management whenever possible.

  • Talents are expected to:

    • Treat others respectfully

    • Act professionally

    • Follow platform Terms of Service

    • Foster welcoming communities

    • Positively represent themselves and the agency

  • Yes. Talents may leave according to the terms outlined in their agreement. Your branding and VTuber identity remain yours, unless otherwise stated if Astrae purchased assets for you.

  • You can contact us through our official Discord server, social media accounts, or business email.

  • Violations may result in warnings, probation, suspension of privileges, or removal from the agency depending on severity.

  • No. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, hate speech, or targeted attacks are not tolerated.

  • Yes. Approved talents may have opportunities to represent Astrae Agency at conventions, expos, and community events.

  • Yes. We encourage networking and collaborations that align with your brand and agency standards.
